Derek, Octavio, Octavio’s father, and their helper went above and beyond for us once again! When Knox originally did our roof, we had solar panels that had to be removed and then reinstalled. Unfortunately, when the solar panels were put back on, they were installed incorrectly — something that was completely outside of Knox Roofing’s responsibility. After the recent heavy rain, we discovered we had a leak that we didn’t even know about. Even though Knox wasn’t responsible for the problem, they still came out, took the time to investigate everything, found where the leak was coming from, and took care of us. Our roof had already been repaired, but the interior ceiling stain was never painted afterward, which raised concerns about the roof’s condition. Even with road closures and terrible weather, Sari showed up and completed our roof inspection! That level of commitment means everything to me.
