⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars are not enough! Charisse is an angel—she kept pushing to make this happen, and Sari is my hero! Our roof had already been repaired, but the interior ceiling stain was never painted afterward, which raised concerns about the roof’s condition. Even with road closures and terrible weather, Sari showed up and completed our roof inspection! That level of commitment means everything to me. A local family owned and run company, you're dealing with the folks who have a vested interest in the happiness of their customers and it shows. From the initial visit, diagnostics to find my leaks, to the proposal ALL the way to the finish line, I can't recommend All Around Roofing enough. Professional, timely, great communication, work was done when promised AND they left the job site spotless. They have actually done 2 repairs jobs for me AND I've had no leaks from the recent storms. I first spoke Kevin while the Kona Low storm was hitting my home and my ceiling started leaking during the middle of the night. It was the next morning and raining sideways with the wind gusting throwing things around. I asked if he could come lay down an emergency tarp and he simply stated he would be at my house in 45 min. 15 min later Kevin rang my doorbell and immediately jumped onto the roof to start bolting down the mitigation in the middle of the chaos. He even came back for free to help make adjustments the following day to better address the affected areas. After the storm I had them replace my entire downstairs and upstairs roof and they did an excellent job. Any concerns we brought up were addressed thoughtfully and immediately. My experience with all around roofing was phenomenal. Owners Kevin and Sari are extremely dependable and will take the time an effort to make sure the job is done right and to the highest quality and take care of you with any future issues that may arise.
