I had a problem with my roof leaking during a heavy rain in February. I contacted my usual roofing company and they sent someone to assess the issue. He provided a report and referred it to their office to write a proposal. After several months of "we're short staffed but you are in the queue," they finally contacted me and said they could not do the job. I found All Around Roofing & Waterproofing on the internet and gave them a call. The individual who answered the phone was courteous and professional and scheduled an assessment within two days. The assessor was friendly and carried out her task quickly and efficiently and provided me with a report and photos to document the scope of work. Fortunately the results were identical with the prior assessment. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. So far no issues with leaks. It looks like I have a new "usual" roofing company.
