I had a problem with my roof leaking during a heavy rain in February. I contacted my usual roofing company and they sent someone to assess the issue. He provided a report and referred it to their office to write a proposal. After several months of "we're short staffed but you are in the queue," they finally contacted me and said they could not do the job. I found All Around Roofing & Waterproofing on the internet and gave them a call. The individual who answered the phone was courteous and professional and scheduled an assessment within two days. The assessor was friendly and carried out her task quickly and efficiently and provided me with a report and photos to document the scope of work. Fortunately the results were identical with the prior assessment. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. So far no issues with leaks. It looks like I have a new "usual" roofing company. All Around Roofing was the only company, thanks to Vice-President Sari Kaui's brilliant diagnosis and solution, who could figure it out. And I was impressed with their dedicated, skilled and efficient team, which solved problems on site as needed! Plus the price was very reasonable. This was a wonderful company to work with. First call to them was sort of an emergency on a weekend due to a leaking roof. They were at our home in less than one hour from initial phone call to place temporary patch and stopped the leak. A few weeks later, we had them put a new roof on our home. After getting multiple quotes, we hired All Around Roofing to resurface our roof with Gaco. The entire process was simple and easy going. Three people showed up as scheduled to pressure wash the roof and left with a clear work area. The coding was done beautifully the next day. It has been over six months since the work was done and the roof still looks great. Highly recommending to anyone looking to redo their roof to give All Around Roof a call.

All Around Roofing has done exceptional commercial work on my warehouses, commercial showrooms, and residence. Owner Kevin is personable and always available to address questions or problems. This last point I can't stress enough, for there are always questions on big roofing jobs to address or modify.
We had a leaking patio roof plus outdoor laundry cover that needed to be replaced for many years. All Around Roofing came to the rescue when other companies turned us down. All of the workers including Sari were willing to answer our questions at any time. Sari kept in communication by phone if there were decisions we needed to make as the project progressed. It hadn’t rained enough to test the repairs until now but we are very pleased to report no leaking! They cleaned up the area perfectly each day. They also went the extra mile & took away some additional construction debris that had accumulated at our house over the years. Thank you All Around for a job well done!
I had to have the lanai rebuilt and it was attached to the roof of my house. I was very happy the job that was done on the roof of the lanai but the reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that they couldn’t match the color of the shingles on the roof of my house and they didn’t tell me before they started the job. it wasn’t until I got up on the roof and notice the different colored shingles. My house has black shingles that are extra thick and have a life expectancy of 30 years or more. They told me there were no black shingles on the island and it would have taken months to get them in if they ordered them in. They said they put on the darkest shingles they could find to try to match but in some areas the shingles they put on my back roof are a light tan. Also, the shingles they uses]d were just standard shingles and not the thicker, longer lasting ones that are on the rest of the roof. I felt they should have told me in the beginning they couldn’t get the right color and weren’t going to use the thicker ones. My other complaint was the cleanup. They did a good job of cleaning up the ground underneath the lanai but when I got up on the ladder I found the gutter on my house was filled with pieces of shingle and nails. I recently upgraded my review of All Around Roofing. They were nice enough to come back to my place and correct most of the problems I had with them and I really appreciated what they did. They have great customer service.

Very respectful and friendly. They made a point to not damage my gutters when doing the quote and work. Other roofers that gave a quote bent my gutters because they put the ladder on it when looking to give a quote! The price was competitive and they did excellent work! I’d hire them again easily and recommend them to anyone needing roof work done. My roof is a hodgepodge of different types of roofing and they made it look effortless. They even did some touchups for me at no extra cost. I waited to give a review to see if what they did was quality and my roof is holding up great after almost a year. Again great company to hire!

We had been trying for over a year to remedy a leak around an exhaust vent on our roof. Estimates on the scope of work were all over the place, and mostly involved our PV panels and replacing large areas of shingles. Sari and All Around Roofing diagnosed the problem, and replaced the exhaust vent quickly and efficiently.
I had both of my homes reroofed by ALL AROUND ROOFING & Waterproofing. They were very courteous and did a very professional job. The job went smoothly as planned and cleaned up was awesome . All nails (even in the yard)and all roofing materials removed were dumped. My garage and back patio was waterproofed too and I had no problems to date. It’s been approximately 8 months. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good reroof job or just to water proof portions of their roof or patio.🤙🏽

We then had to join our two homes together at the roof joints, & again relied on All Around to get the job done for us. If you want to work with a great roofing company, hire All Around Roofing. It starts with Sari, the VP, who brings a drone to measure the roof. We didn't know what roofing material we wanted so Sari brought us various samples and colors. We were given a start date and told how long the project would take. They started and finished on time as promised. They always cleaned up, did not play loud music and were always courteous. It's a family owned company and their pricing was significantly less expensive than other quotes. Hire them and you won't be disappointed.
We had an insurance claim for our wind damaged roof. Our insurance adjuster advised us it was a total roof replacement. We reached out to 4 different roofing contractors. All Around Roofing came in with the more competitive proposal. At all times through the process All Around Roofing was quick to respond to phone calls and emails. They were extremely polite and professional. They gave me a schedule date and came on the day they said they would. The workers in the field are very courteous and respectful of your home and the surrounding property. The work was done quickly and with good quality. The clean up was excellent ( it is a very messy process). The owner is on the roof working and he does all the difficult areas so the workmanship is spot on. It is a small husband and wife operation and they give you service like you are family. We would recommend them in a minute. You will not be disappointed if you request their services.

My asphalt roof was severely damaged during a severe wind storm. I promptly received an estimate from Kevin at All Around Roofing, which I found on Home Advisor. In addition, Kevin had his crew do an emergency repair immediately after I contacted him about the need. The estimate from All Around Roofing was significantly lower than other estimates, but also, I was impressed by the responsiveness and definitely decided to proceed. The job was scheduled promptly, began on the day it was scheduled, and Kevin coordinated with the solar company to have the solar system removed and when the job was done to have the system replaced. There were 3 layers of asphalt shingles on the roof and the team removed them in a manner which limited debris. The new roof was expertly installed around sky lights and vents, etc. Throughout the job the crew was respectful of the property and courteous. The job was finished within the anticipated number of days, and when the job was done all debris, no matter how small, was cleared from the property. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Kevin, Kyle and the crew from All Around Roofing--the quality of work is exceptional, they live up to commitments, pricing is very reasonable, and it's evident that they take pride in their work! All Around gave us a competitive bid for reroofing and took care of subcontracting a solar company to remove and replace our solar PV and water panels. Work was done quickly — house and garage were both done in less than a week. Skylights were reflashed and trimmed. All the resulting rubbish was removed at the end of each workday. We weren’t sure if we should go with a silver EnergyStar shingle or with brown shingles that complemented the color of pur house. All Around found us some brown shingles that were also EnergyStar rated do our roof suits our house and will be cooler during summer months. Sari, Kevin and the crew were communicative and easy to work with.

All Around Roofing provided fantastic service. From the initial request through the end of the project, the response time was great. We had a leak on our lanai and my initial thoughts were that we may have to get it reroofed entirely. Sari quickly identified the problem area and presented multiple options to us that were much more reasonable than expected. We ended up going with the option to repair the problem area in addition to resealing the lanai as opposed to reroofing it. Several months and rainstorms later, no leaks. Additionally, I do not foresee us needing to use their warranty, but their warranty does give peace of mind.

All around roofing cut out the bubbles on my flat roof. They sealed it with Gaco. So far so good. Waiting for another big rain to see if its water sealed. Looks great. They also said they will come back if it leaks. they're efficient.

Superb job resealing my rooftop deck and revitalizing my cedar shake roof. Like having a new roof at a fraction of the cost. All damaged shakes were removed and replaced with quality replacements. The final spraying with colored sealer transformed a tired, damaged roof into a like-new, brightened roof.

She has the best personality and was so friendly. She emailed us the estimate in a timely manner. My mother and I had to choose from four other roofing companies that came to assess. All Around Roofing was the company that stood out to us the most. The start day of the roofing, Kevin (Owner) came by with his team. They worked so hard in getting our roofing done. They exceeded our expectations. They also went above and beyond and helped my mother (who’s in her late seventies) with what she needed help with. The gentlemen at All Around Roofing provided excellent service! My office building on MCBH had manifested a leak due to cracks in the existing roofing membrane, and Kevin at AAR was able to quickly come out and inspect the roof, get me a quote, and perform the repairs shortly after.
I had several Quotes to replace parts of my Roof (my roof has several levels) and AARoofing&WP was very competitively priced. The quality of the work is excellent and the guys doing the job were very professional. Left the work site around my house clean (much appreciated). Great quick service. I called last minute about a roof leak/fix and they were able to come out the next day and fix it. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
They did an assessment and inspection of leaks around my two skylights. They did an initial repair replacing flashing. They tested it and it still leaked. They quickly returned and redid the repairs on both skylights, installing a cricket above each to divert water. They replaced the shingles and tested it again. No leaks. It’s been about 4 months since the repairs and we have had about 6 heavy rains and no leaks.
Excellent company. They promptly returned my calls. Which was important because I no longer live in Hawaii. They facilitated information required by the insurance company. They did the work as scheduled. I had a question regarding one of the pictures they sent and I was provided an explanation right away. Their price was competitive.
ALL AROUND ROOFING When our 20-year-old Kailua home roof developed a small leak, we called several well-rated roofing companies for a repair/re-roof estimate. Surprisingly, only three companies responded and came to the home to provide an estimate. All agreed that the wise decision was to replace the roof. All Around Roofing provided the best bid, was most responsive, and had the earliest re-roof date. Despite the ten days of torrential rains just before the re-roof date, All Around Roofing arranged to have the solar panels removed and showed up promptly on the scheduled date. The roofing team communicated with us before starting their work; were supervised regularly by company owner (Kevin); worked non-stop while on the job; were professional and courteous; cleaned up the rubbish both days; and finished the job on schedule. We have a 30+ year-old tile roof that was in need of replacement. Kevin was very prompt in his response, and very thorough in explaining the options for repair vs. replace, and got back to us within just a few days with estimate and options. Follow-up from office staff was also excellent!
We called during a rainstorm when the roof was leaking into the kitchen. Sari came out within an hour or so and went up during a lull in the rain, found the problem and sandbagged the hole so there would be no more water damage. She sent us an estimate for repairs the same day. We are very grateful for this company’s help so quickly.
