Derek, Octavio, Octavio’s father, and their helper went above and beyond for us once again! When Knox originally did our roof, we had solar panels that had to be removed and then reinstalled. Unfortunately, when the solar panels were put back on, they were installed incorrectly — something that was completely outside of Knox Roofing’s responsibility. Our roof had already been repaired, but the interior ceiling stain was never painted afterward, which raised concerns about the roof’s condition.
